You should have done something yourself you coward. Nothing is worse than looking for help and seeing people just gawking. Real life is brutal, and you’re too chicken to face it.

i think what you said about your dad is really neat. it seems to me that college/moving out/being away from my parents has really strengthened my relationship with my parents. i think it might just be a natural course of life, though. parents realize that their “babies” are growing up and growing away from them, and that in turn makes them want to do everything they can to enjoy the little time they can have with them.
